“YuvaGalam” is a large-scale initiative spearheaded by the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), with the National General Secretary, Nara Lokesh, at the forefront.
This movement aims to connect with the youth of Andhra Pradesh, inspiring them to actively participate in the state’s political landscape and encouraging them to raise their voices boldly.
Commencing on January 27, 2023, Nara Lokesh initiated the Yuva Galam Padayatra, envisioning the coverage of 100 Assembly constituencies across Andhra Pradesh.
The planned route spans a remarkable 4,000 km from Kuppam to Srikakulam. This walkathon serves as a rallying call to garner support for the TDP in both the Andhra assembly and Lok Sabha elections.
The primary objective of the padayatra is to reaffirm the credibility of the TDP as a viable alternative to the ruling party, showcasing its dedication to addressing the challenges faced by the people of Andhra Pradesh.
Notably, this ongoing padayatra is slated to become the longest in the political history of Andhra Pradesh, with the current leg progressing up the Andhra coast following the completion of the foot march in the Rayalaseema Region.
